Older tariff exemptions for these HTS Chapter 44 items are now removed, meaning standard reciprocal exemptions no longer apply.

- All entries after 12:01 a.m. ET, Oct 14 must include the new duties.
- Separate affected HTS lines clearly.
- These wood tariffs won’t stack with reciprocal tariff lists (Section 301 / IEEPA).
